A curious Case of Prashant Bhushan & Are 'free voice' under threat ?

The Supreme court of India find Advocate Prashant Bhsuhan, dishonour the Highest Court of India under section called 'Contempt of court'. Now a new debate has been started in India and two sides of Flag bearer, Right Wing Vs Left Wing has in tussle war.

Now BJP and its supporting voices welcoming court judgement and wants a strict action against Mr. Bhusan. In opposite the 'Left Gang voices' which supported by Congress Party, CPI and actors who are against the government is supporting Mr. Bhushan.

The question is How two tweets of Mr. Bhushan can shake the pillar of Justice in India, because those two tweets made by Mr. Bhushan is personal and he used a social platform to criticize the CJI Bobde basically when he drove a super expensive bike which belongs to a BJP leader. first of all there is no question that CJI can use his personal time to fulfill his desire, but at the same time there is no ban on someone to criticize him specially when he doesnt wear a mask and people which seen around him is masked. so Mr. Bhushan take a Dig on that and made an opinion which doesn't go well with Judges.

In other case Mr. Bhushan strongly Condemned the Justice delivered By Supreme court in Ayodhya case, And he used few words which is in public domain may not acceptable, also openly accused 4 bench of Judges of being partial through his tweets and other platforms.

Mr. Prashant Bhushan is known for his Critical view for Modi Government, he crossed the limit many times by not just use strong critical words against the Government but also took silence when it comes to stand against Opposition parties in India and their leaders. Mr Bhushan was a AAP party foundation member but his opinionated move and his ambition was not fully digested with his other colleagues and he later thrown out of the party. there is no doubt that he is a left liberal, who always praise 'one community' and bashing other 'majority community'. He even tried to tarnished the India image on International platform and many times his vies doesnt represent with majority and that make him frustrated. 

But giving him more advantage by dragging him under contempt of court by Supreme court is not fairly judged because as a citizen he has right to be vocal and critical. Its the people of India who decide whether they are agree with his opinion or not. By putting him behind the bars will not be a resolution and His 'GANG' will use it as a weapon to destabilize the psyche of the country and tarnish the image of democracy. we have seen the trending voice supporting him on twitter such as #HumDekhenge etc. if you dig some more we can clearly understand why people is using this hashtag & who are those who wants to get mileage from that. so rather than giving these so called 'anti national' voices a voice we should ignore them and move ahead. Because a nation only prosper and judged a free democratic Nation if 'Free Voices' are allowed. At the end, its the people who endorse an opinion or reject it.
