How to avoid negativity & keep your mind healthy


We Are Living in a world that serves more Lemon and less Apple.

Nowadays we all know that a toxic environment is inevitable, it produces the same danger as any other pollutants in our environment, the only difference is the toxic social media environment pollutes our mental health rather than our physical health but our physical health is associated with our mental health.

The question comes here is what is the solution, how one can become more calm and subtle irrespective of what serves us every day through Noisy TV debates, violent web series or movies, social media pollution, and all other things that become part of our life.

we need to rebuild ourselves, BUT how? everything lives in our own mind and it's us who is responsible for what we are feeding in our mind. if we stop feeding negative thoughts and toxic substances then we will be happier and live life with full potential. understandably, we have fewer options available to get positivity as a product that can help rebuild ourselves but it's not difficult to find the resources around us. 

How many times we sit with our children or family member and play some indoor games or talk about life, knowledge, or any other topic? the number with yes would be less for sure as we all become a robot that only follows instructions of our mind. I have read a very powerful sentence somewhere that 'YOUR MIND IS GOOD SLAVE BUT WORST MASTER'. 

When our body stores more unwanted substances like toxic, cholesterol, we need to go for medication to clean it, or sometimes in severe cases the doctor advises the patient for the operation to clean the system. in the same manner, when the things that don't matter in our life stored in our mind we need to get away from it to live a healthy life.

Nowadays we associate ourselves with anything that showing on TV and feel sad or put a burden on us, social media become so depressing that it formulate out thinking in such a way that we think if we don't jump and defend out ideology then we will lose the game. we watch violent and abusive web series and movies that can shake any pleasant mind to an extent that we endorse these negative patterns so passionately that later on visible in our lifestyle.

So what is the solution? It's simple as follows: detach yourself from the things that don't matter or play any importance in your life. Follow the good and positive news feeds. restrict your social media presence. practice yoga and exercise every day without any miss. try to be more close to your family and talk openly, engage in knowledgeable debates. read books, perhaps the book is like an honest friend that never cheat someone but only enhances the knowledge so endorse it. go for walk more often. travel whenever get enough time as it rejuvenates the soul. never indulge in any social fighting if someone agrees its ok if not move ahead don't waste your time to convince someone. be open to learning new skills and ideas which play an important role to make you more skill full. read the newspaper for news rather than noisy TV debates. watch motivation speeches or movies when feeling low or to boost your energy.

Life throws the good and the bad balls to us, now it's up to us to catch the good one let go the bad one. so choose wisely.
